PHYSICAL BOOKS

We offer the following options for shipping (Sorry, only to the United States; use Amazon or other online vendors for other countries). US Shipping includes Alaska and Hawaii. All figures in this table are in US Dollars.

These options apply to the trade paperback books. The shipping charges are designed to (almost) cover only our shipping costs, and do not include any other component. There is no handling fee.

When you check out, you will be shown a form with your item(s), quantity, and you can select shipping options at that time. Once your order is placed, we will be notified and will normally ship your book(s) within 2 business days. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order, and another message once your book(s) ship.

ELECTRONIC BOOKS

When you order an electronic book through our partner 2checkout.com, we will receive an automatic e-mail (as will you). Within a very short period (normally less than one business day) we will e-mail you the book you ordered, in the format (HTML or PDF) you indicated, as an attachment. Make sure your e-mail account has enough capacity to receive an e-mail slightly larger than a Megabyte.

There is no shipping charge for electronic books.
